Welcome to our platform. Before using the services provided by this platform, please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”).
By using the services of this platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the services immediately.
This Agreement applies to all users of this platform, including individual and enterprise users. We reserve the right to revise this Agreement when necessary, and the revised Agreement shall supersede the original upon publication.
“Platform”: refers to the aviation professional scientific calculation efficiency tools platform (domain: 777-9.com) developed and operated by Feixiang Guodu, provided in PWA and mobile application formats, including Landing Distance Query, Brake Cooling Schedule Query, and other services to be added in the future. All calculation results and tools provided by this platform are for learning reference only and do not constitute any operational basis. Actual operations must be performed in accordance with the respective company manuals.
“User”: refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the services of this platform.
“Content”: refers to the interface, text, icons, calculation models, and other information provided by this platform, excluding query data input by users (such data is processed locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to any server).
“Services”: refers to the various scientific calculation efficiency tools and services provided by the platform to users, including but not limited to flight applications (e.g., Landing Distance Query, Brake Cooling Schedule Query), flight technology tools (e.g., Flight Data Statistics, Pocket CDU, Aircraft System Visualization), safety training (e.g., Xuekao Tong, Mock Exam Platform), office management (e.g., Overtime Statistics, Simulator Scheduling, AI Office Tools), and other features to be added in the future. All tools and calculation results are for learning reference only. Actual operations must be performed in accordance with the respective company manuals.
“Third-party Services”: refers to services or functions provided by third parties and integrated into this platform.
飞翔国度 does not require users to register an account to use all features. You can directly access and use all scientific calculation tools provided by this platform without providing any personal information.
All computations are performed locally on your device. The query data you input will not be transmitted to any server. You may freely use or stop using this platform’s services at any time without any deactivation procedures.
We reserve the right to take technical restriction measures against abuse of this platform’s services when necessary, including but not limited to restricting abnormally high-frequency access and blocking malicious requests.
When using the services of this platform, you shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, and shall not use this platform to engage in any illegal activities. You shall not:
- Use this platform to engage in activities that violate national laws and regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of platform services through any means
- Use automated tools to make abnormally high-frequency access or malicious requests to the platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the program code of this platform
- Use the calculation results of this platform for purposes that violate laws and regulations or endanger the safety of others
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
We reserve the right to take technical restriction measures against violations of the above provisions, and pursue relevant legal liabilities as appropriate.
All content on this platform, including but not limited to interface design, text, icons, images, trademarks, software, calculation models, and algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations, and belongs to 飞翔国度 or the relevant rights holders.
No person may copy, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works of the platform’s content in any manner without the written permission of 飞翔国度 or the relevant rights holders.
The calculation results provided by this platform are for learning reference only and do not constitute any operational basis. Actual operations must be performed in accordance with the respective company manuals.

This platform provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This platform does not warrant that:
- The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The calculation results obtained through the services will be completely accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the services will be promptly corrected
You understand and agree that any content obtained through the use of this platform’s services is at your own risk. This platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform’s services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this platform and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform’s services.
The total liability of this platform to you, regardless of the legal theory, shall not exceed the amount you paid to this platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if applicable).
This clause shall have maximum legal effect within the applicable legal framework. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may stop using this platform’s services at any time without any deactivation procedures, as this platform does not require users to register accounts.
This platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to you under the following circumstances:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement
- As required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities
- To protect the legitimate rights and interests of this platform or other users
- This platform decides to cease operations due to business adjustments
Upon termination of this Agreement, the provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall remain in effect.
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions).
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent people’s court at the location of this platform.
During the dispute resolution period, both parties shall continue to perform the other provisions of this Agreement that are not subject to the dispute.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published on this platform and shall take effect from the date of publication.
For material changes, we will notify you through platform announcements, emails, or other reasonable means. If you continue to use this platform’s services after the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Agreement.
If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you have the right to stop using this platform’s services.
